Shipping Update

Hi Challengers,
Here’s a quick shipping update.
All Fight Deck products arrived at their respective regional fulfillment centers for some time now. At this stage, the timing of individual shipments is handled entirely by the fulfillment centers. Unfortunately, they are currently working through significant backlogs, which has delayed the dispatch of Fight Deck orders.
The latest update we’ve received is that shipping should begin in the coming week, especially for US backers. We expect to see movement soon.
Your regional fulfillment partners are:
North America: Flying Cloud
EU: Spiral Galaxy
Australia & New Zealand: Aetherworks
Rest of World: VFI
We apologize for the delay and sincerely appreciate your patience. The products are already with the fulfillment centers, and we are continuing to follow their updates as they work through the remaining backlog.
Thank you again for your support.

Hi all,
Just a quick update: the freight shipments are estimated to arrive at the fulfillment centers between July 25 and July 31. Once the inventory is cleared and ready, orders will begin shipping directly to backers.
I’ll post another update as soon as shipping begins.
Thank you for your patience.

Production Update: Final Phase
– Mon, Apr 20, 2026 at 08:26:35 AM
Hey everyone,
Here's a quick update on the production and Pledge Manager:
Production Status (Final Stretch)
Manufacturing is well underway and we’re now in the final stretch. We’re aiming to wrap up production and begin the fulfillment process by the end of May. Here’s a look at the latest production samples:
There were some delays from the original timeline due to cost adjustments and multiple rounds of sample refinement. That extra effort went directly into polishing the final product, and production is now progressing smoothly toward completion.
Pledge Manager Fee Charge
We ran into technical issues during the last attempt to charge cards for shipping (no charges went through). This has now been resolved. Cards will be charged and orders locked on April 30th.
We’re close to the finish line. Appreciate the patience and support!

Fight Deck PC Demo & Production Update
– Thu, Mar 19, 2026 at 12:15:03 PM
Hey Challengers,
As mentioned previously, I initially planned to update the Fight Deck mod on Tabletop Simulator. But after dealing with its clunky UI and constant issues, I decided to take a different route:
I started building a full standalone PC version of Fight Deck.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been developing this solo. The game is still in a very early alpha stage, but the core gameplay is already playable.
Here are some early screenshots:
Closed Playtest
I’m opening a limited closed playtest for this early demo build.
If you’re interested in trying it out and providing feedback, please fill out the form here to sign up for playtesting.
Keep in mind that the build is a very early version, so bugs and clarity issues are expected. Your feedback will directly shape the direction of the PC version.
Production Update
On the production side, there have been some delays due to pricing renegotiations with the manufacturer and file adjustments.
That said, the timeline remains under control. We are moving toward full-scale manufacturing within the next 2 weeks.
Pledge Manager Fee Charge
Most of you have completed the Pledge Manager survey a while ago, but shipping fees (and any additional purchases) have not yet been charged.
We will proceed with charging these fees on March 31st. If you run into any issues, please send a DM here or an email to [email protected].
That's all for now. More updates coming soon.
